Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using this website (the “Site”) operated by UP Rock Nerds (Terry, solo creator based in Michigan's Upper Peninsula, United States), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Shopping, checkout & affiliates
Certain physical or digital items may be offered for sale through the Site using Snipcartor similar checkout tools. Orders, payments, taxes, shipping, refunds, and fulfillment may be processed according to Snipcart's terms and policies in addition to any disclosures we provide on product pages.
The Site includes links to third-party stores and affiliate programs (for example, Amazon Influencer storefront links, eBay listings, and partner/sponsor destinations shown on the Site). As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. Other outbound commerce links may earn UP Rock Nerds a commission or referral credit — see our Privacy Policy for how some platforms process data, and see on-page disclosures near affiliate modules on the Site.
Content & intellectual property
Videos, articles, photos, logos, graphics, and other materials on the Site are owned by UP Rock Nerds or used with permission, unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, or exploit Site content for commercial purposes without prior written consent, except where allowed by law (such as fair use).
Third-party names and trademarks (for example platform logos or retailer marks shown in screenshots or partner tiles) belong to their respective owners.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site. Examples include:
- Attempting to interfere with Site security, hosting infrastructure, or checkout systems.
- Using automated means to overload or scrape the Site without permission.
- Misrepresenting your affiliation with UP Rock Nerds.

The Site links to or embeds third-party services such as YouTube, social platforms listed on our pages, newsletter providers (Brevo when configured), analytics tools (Google Analytics when enabled), and ecommerce vendors (Snipcart). Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.
